Delivery Info
We now offer delivery within Port Jervis city limits, however, there are a few important things customers should know before choosing delivery. Please review the following rules and regulatory requirements before placing your delivery order.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products.
- All cannabis sales are final. We can not change a delivery order once it has been placed. We can not accept returns on purchased cannabis products.
- An ID check is mandatory when your order is delivered. ONLY the customer who placed the order may receive the order upon delivery. Please ensure you are at your specified delivery location to collect the order and have your photo ID ready.
- Your signature will be required to receive delivery.
- Delivery requires payment up front prior to the order being delivered. We can only accept ACH payments through Stronghold.
- There will be an additional transaction fee of 3.5% of the total cost of your order.
- There is a minimum $5 delivery fee. This covers the immediate Port Jervis area. Orders outside the city limits will result in an increase of delivery fee.
- A minimum subtotal of $25 is required for your cart size to place a delivery order. This increases as the delivery distance increases.
- Keep your phone nearby in case you need to be contacted by our driver.
